What should I remember for delivery day? - We ask that you keep a few things in mind when you are scheduling your waste removal. These things you should be aware of before you even place the order. Most importantly, we ask that there are not going to be an accessibility issues with your rental. This means that the road leading up to your location can be traversed by a flatbed truck. Also, there should be no low-hanging wires or branches that could get in the way. If we can't reach you with your roll-off rental, we can't service your request. We'll make sure that before you place your order you can be sure that our drivers are going to be able to reach you. Avoid any unnecessary stress by working with us before scheduling your delivery to insure there will be no issues.

What about the location the open-top will be placed? - First, you should be certain that you are going to have enough space for your dumpster. We have the exact dimensions of each dumpster size listed above. Please make sure that you have measured your intended location to make sure a waste container can fit there. Also, please remove any vehicles or obstructions from the location as well. If there are cars blocking the area where the dumpster will be placed, our drivers will not make delivery or handle waste removal. Keep in mind that our drivers will need to back into your location with their trucks.

We rented a 20 yd dumpster for 2 weeks, with the rental period ending on 8/28/24. The service when I ordered/confirmed was quick and great, the dropoff was simple and easy, and scheduling pickup was simple as well. I had NO issues with this company or dumpster until the day of pickup. READ HERE: On the day of pickup, at 5:48am, I got a notification of a $74 charge to my credit card (the card that was used to pay upfront for the rental). I immediately emailed customer support and asked what the charge was for because we STILL HAD the dumpster at our home so I was confused - it had not been removed yet since it was so early in the day. I figured it was an honest billing mistake. The customer sevice person emailed me back at 7:45am, saying that the $74 was an overage fee since our dumpster went over the 1-ton weight limit. BUT THE DUMPSTER HADN'T EVEN BEEN PICKED UP YET. I STILL gave the benefit of the doubt, wondering if there was a censor of some sort on the dumpsters where they can tell the weight digitally from afar - but THEN, I read some of the other bad reviews here, and it seems this is a recurring thing. They charged my card for additional weight before they even removed/weighed the dumpster - had I not set alerts up to my phone, I likely wouldn't have realized this extra charge for quite awhile (if ever). I messaged with customer support who said they'll look into it with accounting, and I asked for photo/documentation proof of the final weight of our dumpster - to prove they charge fairly and aren't just adding how ever much weight they want knowing there's no way for customers to find out. The woman told me that IF this was an accurate charge, she'd provide the weight ticket from the landfill (proving they do NOT weigh it until it's at the landfill which would've been hours after my 5:48am credit charge). Support came back saying it WAS a "mistake," and I shouldn't have been charged that - and they did reverse it quickly; but I am left to wonder based on this experience and the past reviews if this was genuinely a mistake, or if this is something they do to get extra money every so often in hopes that people don't notice the additional charge to their credit cards. Good experience other than now feeling like they tried to charge me extra unfairly - and likely will not use this 3rd party company again for that reason alone.
