What should I do to prepare for delivery?
Here are a few tips to make sure when our driver arrives for delivery, or even for waste removal, you are going to be ready and everything can go off without a hitch. While you're on the phone with us placing your order, we are going to ask you a few questions about the intended delivery location. Please answer these questions honestly so we can get a clear indication of what we are working with on your project. If our driver shows up and what you have described is not how your location is set up, we are not going to be able to complete your service. Avoid costly trip fees by giving us the full rundown in regard to where your open-top order is going to be placed. Also, keep in mind there are some restricted waste items that cannot be included in the dumpster under any circumstances.
When it comes to the road leading up to your location, it should be properly paved with no low-hanging branches or wires that might get in the way. It should also be wide enough to fit a flatbed truck with a roll-off on the back. For the area itself, our truck needs to be able to back into it, so that means no alley ways please. We also ask that you have a spot that is properly paved and is going to be able to support a dumpster. If you have a grassy location, sometimes even plywood is not going to be able to support the dumpster and keep it steady.
