How long can I keep the waste container?
We have an initial rental period on each open-top order that is two weeks. This begins from the time your dumpster is delivered and not when you place the initial order. So rest assured, you are going to have a full two weeks with every roll-off rental that you receive from us. And if you are going to need longer with a dumpster, that's perfectly fine, you don't even need to tell us you are keeping the unit for longer. There is a flat-rate pricing plan of ten dollars a day for every day after the first fourteen. This rate kicks in automatically, we do not handle waste removal without you first calling and asking us to do so.
How do I schedule waste removal?
When you are finished with the dumpster, just give us a call. Please remember to call Budget Dumpster and not the number on the side of the roll-off. We handle every part of the order for our customers to help avoid any confusion. Also, please be totally finished with the waste container before scheduling its removal. Our drivers are unable to wait around onsite while you continue to fill the dumpster with refuse. In this instance, they would leave without the dumpster and you would need to reschedule. This would also result in a costly trip fee being assessed to your account. These are charged automatically and they are nonrefundable.
