The 2-yard commercial dumpster might be small, but it still packs a lot of power! It's our smallest option and it can hold about the equivalent of a 1-ton pickup truck. It is the best option for those who don't have a lot of space to place a dumpster, don't have a lot of weekly waste, or for those who have a limited budget. The small size and low walls means it's very easy to fill up by throwing debris over the side. The 2-yarder is a great option for small apartments, small restaurants, and small offices or businesses that are less than 2,500 square feet.

The 4-yard dumpster is twice the size of its smaller 2-yard cousin, but this is still a great compact choice. It will fit in just about any lot and is a great economical choice for those with medium waste flows. Load it up over the sides with about as much debris as would fit in the bed of two pickup trucks. This size dumpster has dimensions averaging 6 feet by 4 feet with a height of 4 1/2 feet. The most common renters of the 4-yarder include small retailers, medium sized restaurants, small grocers, places of worship, and businesses or office buildings that occupy a space of 5,000 square feet or less.

The 6-yard dumpster is a great all-around option. It is the most popular due to its versatility and ability to service a variety of needs and businesses. Average dimensions of this size are 6 feet wide by 5 feet long and 6 feet tall, which is enough to accommodate the same amount as three pickup trucks, or up to 1,400 pounds. Since the sides on this option are a bit taller, a new feature is introduced that allows you to slide open a door on the side. You won't have to worry about lifting bags up over your head!

The 8-yarder is the largest permanent dumpster we offer. It is ginormous and reserved for the largest establishments. You can load the 8-yard dumpster with as much debris as four pickup trucks can hold. Its larger dimensions allow you to toss in occasionally bulky materials and a sliding door on the side makes loading it a breeze. Common renters of this size include warehouses, expansive apartment complexes, shopping centers and malls, large office buildings, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants.

We rented a 20 yd dumpster for 2 weeks, with the rental period ending on 8/28/24. The service when I ordered/confirmed was quick and great, the dropoff was simple and easy, and scheduling pickup was simple as well. I had NO issues with this company or dumpster until the day of pickup. READ HERE: On the day of pickup, at 5:48am, I got a notification of a $74 charge to my credit card (the card that was used to pay upfront for the rental). I immediately emailed customer support and asked what the charge was for because we STILL HAD the dumpster at our home so I was confused - it had not been removed yet since it was so early in the day. I figured it was an honest billing mistake. The customer sevice person emailed me back at 7:45am, saying that the $74 was an overage fee since our dumpster went over the 1-ton weight limit. BUT THE DUMPSTER HADN'T EVEN BEEN PICKED UP YET. I STILL gave the benefit of the doubt, wondering if there was a censor of some sort on the dumpsters where they can tell the weight digitally from afar - but THEN, I read some of the other bad reviews here, and it seems this is a recurring thing. They charged my card for additional weight before they even removed/weighed the dumpster - had I not set alerts up to my phone, I likely wouldn't have realized this extra charge for quite awhile (if ever). I messaged with customer support who said they'll look into it with accounting, and I asked for photo/documentation proof of the final weight of our dumpster - to prove they charge fairly and aren't just adding how ever much weight they want knowing there's no way for customers to find out. The woman told me that IF this was an accurate charge, she'd provide the weight ticket from the landfill (proving they do NOT weigh it until it's at the landfill which would've been hours after my 5:48am credit charge). Support came back saying it WAS a "mistake," and I shouldn't have been charged that - and they did reverse it quickly; but I am left to wonder based on this experience and the past reviews if this was genuinely a mistake, or if this is something they do to get extra money every so often in hopes that people don't notice the additional charge to their credit cards. Good experience other than now feeling like they tried to charge me extra unfairly - and likely will not use this 3rd party company again for that reason alone.
