The 2 yard dumpster is the smallest commercial dumpster we offer. These dumpsters offer a wide variety of placement options due to its small size. Our drivers can place these waste containers in almost any location because they take up just about the same size as your average pickup truck. Usually these dumpsters are reserved for small businesses less than 2,500 square feet in size. A 2 yard dumpster is super easy to fill because it is only 3 feet high. Our 4 yard dumpster is our medium sized waste container. This dumpster is perfect to medium sized restaurants, small retailers or any type of business occupying less than 5,000 square feet. These dumpsters can handle the equivalent to two pickup truck loads of trash, while still being simple to load. The height of the dumpster is only about 4 and 1/2 feet high, allowing for easy trash disposal. The 2 yarder is a convenient size that doesn't have to sacrifice capacity. Its small size allows for our drivers to place this dumpster almost anywhere on your property. These dumpsters are great for most small-medium sized businesses.

Our 6 yard dumpster is sometimes referred to as our "all-around dumpster." This is by far the most popular commercial dumpster on the market. This is the dumpster you'll find behind most grocery stores, apartments and strip malls. Since these dumpsters are 6 feet fall, they come equipped with a sliding door. The sliding door allows for easy trash disposal and you'll never have to fear the trash bag ripping open while tossing it inside a tall container. Meet our large and in charge 8 yard dumpster, a.k.a. "the big daddy." This is dumpster is usually used for commercial warehouses and department sized stores. These are designed for heavy duty use and can handle a good amount of bulky materials. The 8 yard dumpster stands at 8 feet tall and features a sliding door, allowing for easy access and making it easy to load. We rented a 20 yd dumpster for 2 weeks, with the rental period ending on 8/28/24. The service when I ordered/confirmed was quick and great, the dropoff was simple and easy, and scheduling pickup was simple as well. I had NO issues with this company or dumpster until the day of pickup. READ HERE: On the day of pickup, at 5:48am, I got a notification of a $74 charge to my credit card (the card that was used to pay upfront for the rental). I immediately emailed customer support and asked what the charge was for because we STILL HAD the dumpster at our home so I was confused - it had not been removed yet since it was so early in the day. I figured it was an honest billing mistake. The customer sevice person emailed me back at 7:45am, saying that the $74 was an overage fee since our dumpster went over the 1-ton weight limit. BUT THE DUMPSTER HADN'T EVEN BEEN PICKED UP YET. I STILL gave the benefit of the doubt, wondering if there was a censor of some sort on the dumpsters where they can tell the weight digitally from afar - but THEN, I read some of the other bad reviews here, and it seems this is a recurring thing. They charged my card for additional weight before they even removed/weighed the dumpster - had I not set alerts up to my phone, I likely wouldn't have realized this extra charge for quite awhile (if ever). I messaged with customer support who said they'll look into it with accounting, and I asked for photo/documentation proof of the final weight of our dumpster - to prove they charge fairly and aren't just adding how ever much weight they want knowing there's no way for customers to find out. The woman told me that IF this was an accurate charge, she'd provide the weight ticket from the landfill (proving they do NOT weigh it until it's at the landfill which would've been hours after my 5:48am credit charge). Support came back saying it WAS a "mistake," and I shouldn't have been charged that - and they did reverse it quickly; but I am left to wonder based on this experience and the past reviews if this was genuinely a mistake, or if this is something they do to get extra money every so often in hopes that people don't notice the additional charge to their credit cards. Good experience other than now feeling like they tried to charge me extra unfairly - and likely will not use this 3rd party company again for that reason alone.
