What Does the Sliding Door Get Me?

The sliding door is mostly good for two specific things. One, it allows you to take the refuse directly into the dumpster without having to toss it over the walls. This is good not only for the heavier debris you might be tossing but also because the 6 and 8 yard dumpsters are taller than their smaller brethren. The sliding door also allows you to enter the unit and move the refuse inside of it around so that the waste container has an even distribution of the debris. It's important that you keep all of the waste within the dimensions of the unit, we cannot take a dumpster that has been filled beyond capacity under any circumstance.

They make sure you're informed about what to expect and they deliver what they promise, WHEN they promise. Originally, I had to schedule my pickup on the first available date, which was one day later than my rental term. BD contacted me to say I wouldn't be charged for that extra day. A few hours later they contacted me again to let me know they'd had a cancellation on the date I requested to begin with, so I got my pickup on that date after all. I ordered and paid for a 15 yard dumpster and was delivered a 12 yard dumpster. After multiple calls showing pictures of the dumpster and tape measured dimensions proving it was a 12 yard size, they insisted it was actually 15 yards and refused to do anything about it. Edit: Customer Service reached out to me and finally offered a refund for the price difference. This doesn't help with the inconvenience of being unable to fit everything in the smaller dumpster, but at least they did something. My advice is still to check the dimensions when it's delivered

This was my second experience using Budget Dumpster and will probably be my last. Prices went up on dumpster use - I believe 20%+. Even after telling the representatives I knew I was past my rental period and was ok paying the daily charge, I felt like they could not refer to my account notes that I was extending and would contact them when complete. Multiple emails and multiple calls after this fact made me believe they really did not have their processes down good. The last time they called, I just told them to come get the dumpster and I’ve had it with them. Save yourself a good bit of money and what sanity you have and just source a local company online.
