What should I know about filling the container? - When you are filling the dumpster, regardless of the debris, we ask that you are filling the container evenly. This means that neither end of the dumpster is going to be filled more than the other. We ask this because when we go to load the dumpster back onto the flatbed, uneven sides of the container would cause issues. For an easy waste removal, please make sure you are filling the open-top unit evenly.
How do I fill my roll-off with general debris? - General debris, such as household and construction debris, is to be filled up to the point where the debris is level with the height of the walls. If there is any debris going above this point, there will be an issue. By law, we cannot be on the road with a dumpster that is filled beyond capacity. Please keep in mind that our drivers will not wait around for you to remove refuse and meet the requirements. You should be ready to go with the waste container when you call and schedule its removal.
What about heavy debris? - For heavy debris, we ask that you only fill the dumpster until the debris is halfway up the height of the walls. Anything above this point and the unit would be too heavy for us to load back onto the flatbed. Keep this in mind when you are filling the open-top to avoid any issue. Also, please do not mix heavy debris types. Each dumpster should only contain at most one type of heavy debris.
