What should I do when finished with the dumpster?
When you are finished with your roll-off rental, all you have to do is call us back. We handle every part of the order for you, so please make sure that you call Budget Dumpster and not any number that might be printed on the side of the waste container. And if you have more than one unit onsite, make sure you let us know which rental you are getting rid of. Every dumpster rental is handled separately through our customer service center, so we want to be absolutely certain that when we arrive we are hauling away the correct dumpster. So give us a call when you are finished, you can even rent another roll-off while you're on the phone with one of our customer service representatives.
It is important that you are completely finished with the rental before calling us back. Our drivers are going to be unable to wait around while you continue to fill the dumpster full of refuse. In this situation, they would leave without handling your waste removal and you would need to reschedule pickup for a later date. This would also result in a costly trip fee being assessed to your account as well. Avoid these issues by making sure that you are no longer tossing refuse into the rental when we arrive onsite. Also, if there is a gate that must be accessed or any obstructions or vehicles that must be moved, please make sure that you have a clear path for us when our driver shows up.
