Can I change my order if something changes?
Of course you can. Give us a call whenever any aspect of your order has changed. We are going to be able to fix things for you on the fly. We can add more dumpsters to your order, change the delivery location if we haven't dropped off the open-top order yet, we can even change the delivery date if you realized the date you chose was too soon. All it takes is a phone call and we'll work with you to understand your situation better. Our mission is to make sure that you feel connected with us throughout your rental. We're flexible too to make sure that you are satisfied, even if something related to your order changes.
Where can you make delivery?
There are many locations we are going to be able to deliver your waste container. Most residential and commercial deliveries are acceptable. Let us know where you are going to want your dumpster placed and we'll work with you to make sure that location is going to be possible. Delivery can made to: warehouses, residential properties, factories, apartment complexes, schools, driveways, office parks, and more. Really the only place we aren't going to be able to handle delivery would be an alley way. The location you choose should be wide enough to fit a flatbed truck with a dumpster on the back. Also, we ask that you have chosen a location where the road leading up to it is properly paved. If we can't reach you, we can't handle your delivery or your waste removal.
