When it comes to filling your waste container, there are a few things we would like you to keep in mind. This is to ensure that you have a rental experience that goes off without a hitch. We try to be up front about all the requirements when it comes to filling your waste container. For example, regardless of the debris type, you must make sure to fill the open-top rental evenly throughout. This means that there is no debris on one side of the container that is loaded higher than the other. An uneven distribution of refuse would result in issues when it comes to us trying to load the roll-off back onto the flatbed. Make sure that you are filling the container evenly at all times.
For general household and construction debris, we ask that you fill the dumpster to the point of the refuse being level with the height of the walls. Anything above this point and by law we would not be allowed on the road with your unit. For heavy debris, please do not fill the dumpster any more than halfway up the height of the walls. Anything more than halfway and the dumpster would be too heavy for us to get back onto our truck for waste removal. Also, please do not mix various forms of heavy debris in the roll-off rental. We ask that you are renting separate dumpsters for each type of heavy debris you are disposing of. Keeps these guidelines in mind to avoid any issues.
