All it takes is a phone call and you will be good to go. Just make sure that you call Budget Dumpster and not the number on the side of the open-top. We handle every part of the order for you to help avoid any confusion when it comes to the pickup. We're open five days a week, Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm Eastern.
It is important that you have finished with the dumpster before making the call. This means that when we arrive onsite, you are not still filling the roll-off rental with debris. Our drivers are unable to wait around while you continue to fill the dumpster with refuse. In this situation, they would leave without handling your waste removal and you would need to reschedule for a later date. This would also result in a costly trip fee being assessed to your account. Trip fees can be over one hundred dollars and are certainly something to be avoided. They are also nonrefundable once they have been added on to your bill.
