How do I receive waste removal?
When you are finished with the dumpster, all you have to do is call us back to get us to come out for pickup. Just be sure when you call you are calling Budget Dumpster and not one of the numbers that might be printed on the side of the waste container. We handle every part of the order for you to help avoid any confusion along the way. If you have any questions, feel free to call our customer service center and ask. Scheduling a dumpster pickup is easier than ever before when you rent from Budget Dumpster.
Before you call, please make sure that you have finished using the roll-off rental. Our drivers are not going to be able to wait around onsite while you continue to fill the dumpster with refuse. In this situation, they would leave without the dumpster and it would be up to you to call us back and reschedule. This would also result in a costly trip fee being assessed to your account as well. Trip fees are nonrefundable and they are automatically assessed in this situation. There is a flat-rate pricing plan of ten dollars a day for every day after your initial rental period is up. So if you go over, don't worry about it, finish the project and then give us a call. Please don't call us and expect our driver to wait while you continue to throw refuse into the waste container. They need to be able to immediately access the dumpster when they arrive.
