What should I do for waste removal?
When you are finished with your roll-off rental, all you have to do is give us a call. Remember that we do not automatically come out and remove your dumpster without you first calling to schedule your pickup. We want to make sure that if you are going to need longer than the initial two weeks with the waste container, we are not removing it before you have finished the job. So give us a call when you are done and we'll send a driver out to make pickup. Please be sure to call Budget Dumpster for your waste removal. Sometimes, there are numbers written on the side of the dumpster, that's not who you call. We handle every part of your service so that there is never any confusion or stress when it comes to your open-top order.
And please be finished with the dumpster before you call for pickup. Our drivers are not going to be able to wait around onsite while you continue to fill the waste container with refuse. In this situation, they would leave without handling waste removal and you would need to reschedule. This would also result in a trip fee being assessed to your account for the attempt. Trip fees are costly and they are nonrefundable as well. Avoid these issues by taking a few extra days with the dumpster if you need to. We have a flat-rate ten dollar a day price that kicks in after your first fourteen-day rental has ended. It's better to spend a few more days than get hit with a trip fee.
