How long can I keep the waste container? - Each open-top unit that you rent from us is going to come with a two week rental included. This means that every dumpster you receive from us comes with that rental period upfront with the price that you pay. It begins from the time the dumpster is delivered onsite and not when you place the order. However, we understand that every project is different. You may not have a clear idea how long you are going to need the dumpster until you spend time with the roll-off container. So feel free to keep it longer than two weeks if necessary. You don't even need to tell us this is what you're doing. We have a flat-rate pricing plan of ten dollars a day that kicks in after the first fourteen days are up.
What should I do to schedule waste removal? - When you are finished with the waste container, all you have to do is call us back. Once you do, we'll send a driver out to make pickup on the open-top rental. Please be sure that you call us, however, and not the number on the side of the waste container. Budget Dumpster handles every part of the order for our customers to help avoid confusion and to streamline the rental as a whole. Also, please do not call for waste removal until you have finished with the roll-off. Our drivers cannot wait around while you continue to fill the dumpster with excess debris. They would leave and you would need to reschedule.
