When can I get my dumpster? - The earlier you call into our service center, the earlier you will receive your open-top. It's that simple. Typically, calling before noon on a given day will ensure that you receive your waste container the very next business day. Weekend rentals and pickups are not available, unfortunately. If you don't want the dumpster immediately, that's fine too. You dictate to us what you want the delivery schedule to be. We don't set parameters on what you can and can't do in regard to when the roll-off unit arrives on site. We are a versatile company that works around your needs so you are always getting the service you need.

Can I rent more than one dumpster? - Of course. You can rent as many roll-off containers as you need at one time. There is no limit that we place on the number of dumpsters you can have out. Have them all delivered at once, or stagger the dates in which they will arrive to take advantage of their rental periods. Each unit comes with an initial two week rental on it but those can be extended out if necessary. For a flat-rate pricing plan of ten dollars a day, we can let you keep the dumpster as long as you need.

What if I need more than one waste container? - We can set up a different type of order with you called an â€œempty and returnâ€ service. This means that you will always have a fresh unit onsite when you need one. Finished with the first roll-off? Call us back and one of our drivers will come out and deliver you a fresh dumpster while handling the waste removal on the full unit.

We rented a 20 yd dumpster for 2 weeks, with the rental period ending on 8/28/24. The service when I ordered/confirmed was quick and great, the dropoff was simple and easy, and scheduling pickup was simple as well. I had NO issues with this company or dumpster until the day of pickup. READ HERE: On the day of pickup, at 5:48am, I got a notification of a $74 charge to my credit card (the card that was used to pay upfront for the rental). I immediately emailed customer support and asked what the charge was for because we STILL HAD the dumpster at our home so I was confused - it had not been removed yet since it was so early in the day. I figured it was an honest billing mistake. The customer sevice person emailed me back at 7:45am, saying that the $74 was an overage fee since our dumpster went over the 1-ton weight limit. BUT THE DUMPSTER HADN'T EVEN BEEN PICKED UP YET. I STILL gave the benefit of the doubt, wondering if there was a censor of some sort on the dumpsters where they can tell the weight digitally from afar - but THEN, I read some of the other bad reviews here, and it seems this is a recurring thing. They charged my card for additional weight before they even removed/weighed the dumpster - had I not set alerts up to my phone, I likely wouldn't have realized this extra charge for quite awhile (if ever). I messaged with customer support who said they'll look into it with accounting, and I asked for photo/documentation proof of the final weight of our dumpster - to prove they charge fairly and aren't just adding how ever much weight they want knowing there's no way for customers to find out. The woman told me that IF this was an accurate charge, she'd provide the weight ticket from the landfill (proving they do NOT weigh it until it's at the landfill which would've been hours after my 5:48am credit charge). Support came back saying it WAS a "mistake," and I shouldn't have been charged that - and they did reverse it quickly; but I am left to wonder based on this experience and the past reviews if this was genuinely a mistake, or if this is something they do to get extra money every so often in hopes that people don't notice the additional charge to their credit cards. Good experience other than now feeling like they tried to charge me extra unfairly - and likely will not use this 3rd party company again for that reason alone.
