How long can I keep each roll-off? - Keep the unit as long as you want. Past the initial fourteen days, we offer a flat rate of ten dollars a day. Just call us back when you are finished (not the number on the side of the dumpster) and one of our drivers will be out to make pickup. We do not automatically come out for the dumpster so be sure to call us when you are finished. Your dumpster rental in Rosemont will be handled promptly every time.
How full can I fill my dumpster? - With general household and construction debris we ask that the open-top rental is filled evenly throughout and with the debris going only level with the height of the container. This means that anything higher than that or sticking over the sides is unacceptable. You will be stuck with the dumpster until the excess refuse is removed and the dumpster has been filled properly. This will also incur a trip fee of up to ninety dollars that will be assessed to your account.
