To make your rental process as fast as possible, have the name of the project and the year the structure was built handy before calling our team. If the structure was built prior to 1990, our team will also need an abatement survey and a letter of abatement showing that any contaminated material was properly removed.

Do I need a permit for my roll off dumpster?
You don't need a permit if we drop off your dumpster rental on private property, like your driveway or jobsite. But if you want us to deliver your roll off dumpster to the street or blocking the public right-of-way, you'll need to get a street vacation permit. Contact Seattle’s Department of Transportation for permitting information. If you have more questions about permits or roll off container placement, reach out to our team.
How much is it to rent a dumpster?

Should I cover my dumpster rental if it rains?
Heavy Seattle rain can fill your roll off container with standing water and saturate your debris, making your bin heavier than normal. Exceeding your bin’s maximum weight limit will result in an extra fee, so cover it before a storm. 2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
