We cannot pick up a dumpster with anything sticking out of the top or hanging off the sides if the container. Please only place items to the height of the inside walls of the container.

Another tip to keep in mind is, you must fill the waste container evenly throughout. One end of the container cannot be more filled than the other. Our trucks will not be handle a dumpster that is very unevenly filled. If the container is very heavy on one side and not as heavy on the other side, it can damage our trucks or the waste container. One way to avoid this is to use the side door on the container. Each of our dumpsters has a door on the side that opens and allows for you to walk heavy or large items into the container.
