Tips for Filling a Roll-Off Rental
To avoid any issues when it comes time for us to handle your waste removal, we ask that you are keeping in mind how you fill the dumpster. For the most part, it's simply tossing your refuse into the bin, but there are still a few things to remember. Most importantly, make sure that you are filling the open-top order evenly throughout. This means that you are not letting one end of the container get filled any more than the other. Over-filling one side of the dumpster would result in issues when it came time to load the unit back onto our flatbed. There would be an issue with the winch as it tried to pull the dumpster onto the back of our truck. Each waste container that you rent from us is going to have a door at one end that can be utilized to keep your refuse spread evenly throughout the unit.
When you are disposing of your waste, please make sure that you fill the dumpster no higher than level with the height of the walls. Anything more than this and your dumpster is going to be too full for us to take on the road. This is a state law and not a company policy, so there is no wiggle room with this rule. If you are working with more refuse than can fit inside of the dumpster you have rented, you might unfortunately need to rent another dumpster to continue your project. In no situation should you try to continue filling your dumpster beyond capacity.
