What should I know about filling the waste container? - When you are filling your dumpster, there are a few things to keep in mind. Some of these things are specific to debris type, which we will explain in the next questions. However, when it comes to filling the open-top unit in general, there is something to keep in mind regardless of your debris type. Please make sure that you are filling your waste container evenly throughout. This means that neither end of the dumpster is going to be filled more than the other. Over-filling one end of the roll-off would result in an issue when our driver showed up to handle waste removal. You would not receive your waste removal at that point and would need to even out the refuse and reschedule for a later date.

What should I know when it comes to specific refuse? - For general and household refuse, we ask that you do not fill the dumpster more than level with the height of the walls. If there is debris going above this point, then by law we would not be allowed to remove that unit from your location. When it comes to heavy debris, we ask that you are only filling the dumpster halfway up the height of the walls. Anything above this point and the roll-off dumpster would be too heavy for us to load back onto the flatbed. Keep these guidelines in mind when you are filling the waste container to avoid any issues when our driver shows up to remove it from your location.

We rented a 20 yd dumpster for 2 weeks, with the rental period ending on 8/28/24. The service when I ordered/confirmed was quick and great, the dropoff was simple and easy, and scheduling pickup was simple as well. I had NO issues with this company or dumpster until the day of pickup. READ HERE: On the day of pickup, at 5:48am, I got a notification of a $74 charge to my credit card (the card that was used to pay upfront for the rental). I immediately emailed customer support and asked what the charge was for because we STILL HAD the dumpster at our home so I was confused - it had not been removed yet since it was so early in the day. I figured it was an honest billing mistake. The customer sevice person emailed me back at 7:45am, saying that the $74 was an overage fee since our dumpster went over the 1-ton weight limit. BUT THE DUMPSTER HADN'T EVEN BEEN PICKED UP YET. I STILL gave the benefit of the doubt, wondering if there was a censor of some sort on the dumpsters where they can tell the weight digitally from afar - but THEN, I read some of the other bad reviews here, and it seems this is a recurring thing. They charged my card for additional weight before they even removed/weighed the dumpster - had I not set alerts up to my phone, I likely wouldn't have realized this extra charge for quite awhile (if ever). I messaged with customer support who said they'll look into it with accounting, and I asked for photo/documentation proof of the final weight of our dumpster - to prove they charge fairly and aren't just adding how ever much weight they want knowing there's no way for customers to find out. The woman told me that IF this was an accurate charge, she'd provide the weight ticket from the landfill (proving they do NOT weigh it until it's at the landfill which would've been hours after my 5:48am credit charge). Support came back saying it WAS a "mistake," and I shouldn't have been charged that - and they did reverse it quickly; but I am left to wonder based on this experience and the past reviews if this was genuinely a mistake, or if this is something they do to get extra money every so often in hopes that people don't notice the additional charge to their credit cards. Good experience other than now feeling like they tried to charge me extra unfairly - and likely will not use this 3rd party company again for that reason alone.
