Do I need a permit to put my roll off dumpster in the street?
The city of West Chester lets you park your roll off container in the street once you get a permit. Apply for a Dumpster Permit through the Public Works Department. To avoid applying for a permit, park your bin in the driveway or on a private construction site. No matter where you place your dumpster rental, make sure it’s a flat, paved surface and that our driver can easily access it.
What should I do if it rains during my dumpster rental period?
Cover your bin with a waterproof tarp and secure it with bungee cords so it doesn’t blow away or collapse inwards. Rain can soak through your debris and weigh it down.
