Will my roll off dumpster have a door?
Yes, our dumpster rentals have a swinging door to make debris and junk removal easier. Open it to walk large and heavy items inside the bin first, spreading them apart to distribute their weight evenly. Then, you can toss small and light objects over the sides to fill in the remaining space. Before requesting pickup, make sure your debris is completely inside the roll off container, with nothing draped on the edges. This helps you avoid extra fees. Be sure to close and secure the loading door before we haul away the mess.
Where should I keep my dumpster rental?
Your bin should sit on a flat, paved surface. If you’re renting a dumpster for a home cleanout or improvement project, your driveway is usually best. On construction sites, keep your container in a designated waste area away from equipment and other potential obstacles. Don’t have enough room for a roll off dumpster on your property? 2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
