When will my dumpster rental be delivered?
When you call to set up your rental, we’ll schedule a delivery window that’s convenient for you. Typically, we can have your roll off container on-site within one to three business days, depending on availability of your selected size. You don’t need to be there when your dumpster arrives, but make sure the placement area is clear and accessible for our driver. Know you’ll need a dumpster rental farther in advance? You can also schedule delivery a few weeks ahead of time.
Is there a right way to load a roll off dumpster?
We recommend walking large or heavy items into your bin first so you can efficiently use the space and evenly distribute the weight of your materials. Once larger items are in the dumpster, you can walk in smaller objects or toss them in over the side. When you’re done cleaning up, make sure all of your debris is completely inside the container, and we’ll have your bin removed ASAP. How It Works
1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
