What should I know about filling my dumpster rental?
There are a few things to keep in mind when you are filling your waste container with refuse. Most importantly, we ask that you know about our restricted items list. There are few forms of debris that in no circumstance are we going to be able to accept. Please be aware of this list and the items on it to avoid any issues when it comes time for us to handle your waste removal. If you have any questions or need more specifics on what can and cannot be thrown into your roll-off rental, please do not hesitate to give us a call. One of our customer service reps will be able to give you all the information you need and keep you from incurring a costly, nonrefundable trip fee.
When it comes to filling the dumpster with appropriate refuse, please make sure that you are filling the open-top evenly throughout. This means that you have not let one end of the dumpster get filled more than the other. There is a door on every unit that can be utilized to make sure that you are spreading your refuse evenly. Please note that our drivers are not going to be able to help you remove refuse or move any of that waste around to make the dumpster be filled evenly. Also, for general household and construction debris, please fill your waste container until the refuse is level with the height of the walls. Anything higher than this and by law we would not be allowed on the road with your rental.
