What should I do to schedule waste removal?
When you are finished with the roll-off rental, all you have to do is call us back. Just be sure to call us and not the number on the side of the dumpster. Budget Dumpster handles every part of the order for our customers to help avoid any confusion. And please do not still be using the dumpster when we arrive onsite. Our drivers are unable to wait around while you continue to fill the waste container with refuse. They would leave in this situation and you would need to reschedule pickup for a later date. This would also result in a trip fee being assessed to your account as well.
What else would result in a trip fee?
Trip fees can be assessed for scheduling removal of the open-top order without being truly finished with it. They can also come about if you over-fill your dumpster with refuse. Each dumpster sizing option that we have should be filled to its specific dimensions unless you are disposing of heavy debris in which case you would need to fill the unit halfway and no higher. If you need a permit but have not obtained one through the city before your delivery date, we would have to assess a trip fee to your account. Other accessibility issues can also result in a charge being added to your account. These are all non-refundable charges.
