How long can I keep the roll-off? - The initial rental period that is included in the price you pay is two weeks. Feel free to keep the unit as long as you want, there is a flat-rate fee of ten dollars a day for every day after the first fourteen. When you are finished, call us back (not the number on the side of the dumpster) and we will send a driver out to make pickup. Please note: we do not automatically come out to pick the open-top up from your location.

Do I need a permit for the unit? - A permit is only required if any part of the unit will be placed on public property. This includes sidewalks and city streets. Permits can be acquired through the city and if one is required and not present, our drivers will not make delivery on your roll-off dumpster. This will also incur a trip fee of up to ninety dollars for the time and fuel taken in the attempt.

How full can I fill the open-top? - If you are disposing of standard debris or refuse, then you may fill your dumpster rental to “water level,” or, even with the height of the walls. There can be no refuse going over the top of the walls or hanging over the sides. By law, our drivers cannot be on the road with a dumpster filled like this. If you are using the waste container for concrete or dirt, the unit may only be filled approximately halfway up the sides of the walls.
