When you are finished filling your container, call our customer service center and we will have someone out there to pick it up. If you would like to keep the container for longer than the agreed upon rental period, it only costs $10 a day. Our rental process is easy and convenient for our customers benefit. Causes For Fees

If you want to avoid extra fees when you rent a dumpster, you must keep a few things in mind. When you rent from us, we will explain everything upfront but in case you need a reminder, here is what you should remember.

1. Read the email confirmation. After you place your order, we will send you an email confirming the order and this will also explain some of our terms in more detail.
2. Do not over fill the dumpster. Each one of our dumpsters has a weight limit that cannot be exceeded. We will explain the weight limit at the time of your order.
3. Place all items IN the dumpster. Materials must not be hanging off the sides or sticking out of the top of the container. We cannot collect a container, if items are not completely inside the dumpster.
4. Clear your driveway. Our drivers cannot enter a driveway with vehicles or low hanging wires in the way. You do not need to be home at the time of delivery however, your area must be clear of all items.
5. No hazardous or flammable materials. Please do not place items deemed hazardous or flammable in our containers.
6. Call us when finished. When you are finished filling your container, make sure to call us. We will never automatically collect your dumpster, without you telling us to. As long as you call before your rental period is over, you will not be charged any fees.
