A storm came my husband plowed sanded three days later these people show up to try to pull And they couldn’t do to it was stuck in the ice and then they whacked me with $150 fee Because the driver couldn’t pull it out. Upon dealing with the one of the supervisor she said there was nothing she could do to waive the fee clearly poor customer service skills. Do I need a permit to rent a dumpster?
Yes, you'll need a Dumpster Permit from the town of Concord's Fire Department in order to rent a dumpster. If you need to keep your bin in the street, you'll need an additional Right-of-Way Permit from the town's Engineering Division. Be sure to get your permits after you order your roll off dumpster and before it's delivered. Without these permits, our driver won't be able to deliver your container. If you're not sure if you should keep your dumpster on private property or in the street, contact our team. We'll help you find the right spot.
Is there a right way to load my dumpster rental?
The easiest way to load your dumpster is to start with your heaviest and bulkiest items, like large furniture or concrete. Walk them through the dumpster door. Be sure to spread them evenly throughout the space, so one side of your roll off container isn't too heavy. Then, toss lighter materials in over the sides or walk them through the door. Make sure nothing is sticking out of the top or hanging over the sides of your bin when you finish loading. This will ensure our driver can complete a successful pickup.

1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
