What should I know about filling the dumpsters?

Filling your roll-off rental properly is important in order to avoid issues when it comes time for us to handle your waste removal. We have a few things for you to remember, which we'll go over again with you when you are placing the order. For starters, and perhaps most important, please make sure that you are filling the dumpster evenly throughout. This means that no part of the rental is heavier than the other. We ask this because to load the unit back onto the flatbed, the open-top must have an even weight distribution. Keep in mind that our drivers will not help you move the refuse inside of the container and they will not wait around onsite while you do so either.

For general household refuse, as well as certain types of construction debris, please fill your dumpster until the waste is even with the height of the walls. Anything higher than this and by law we would not be allowed on the road with the rental. For heavy debris, due to the incurred weight of these refuse types (concrete, dirt, asphalt, sand, some construction debris, etc.) you are allowed to fill the dumpster halfway up the height of the walls and no higher. Also, if you are going to be disposing of more than one type of heavy debris, we ask that you rent your dumpsters accordingly. Heavy debris types cannot be mixed together in the same waste container. Each substance must have its own dumpster.
