How long are the roll-off rentals?

Placing an order with us guarantees you two weeks with a dumpster. This two weeks starts from the time we have dropped that unit onsite. It does not begin when you place the initial order. And if you are renting more than one dumpster at a time, each bin has its own rental period included. So feel free to stagger your delivery dates if you know you are not going to need that dumpster right away. We're flexible and we can help accommodate to your order no matter what is going on. And if you are going to need to keep a dumpster for longer than two weeks, that is no problem either.

Feel free to extend your rental out as long as you need. You don't even need to tell us that you are keeping your rental for longer. We can let you keep that dumpster throughout the time you are working on your project. Or, if you need too, rent another roll-off if you have one that is full. Going past the initial two weeks with your open-top will kick in our flat-rate alternative rental pricing. This is ten dollars a day for every day after the first fourteen. Just call us when you are ready for waste removal. Please keep in mind that we do not automatically come out and handle your pickup without you first calling and asking us to do so. With all this in mind, you're a dumpster-renting pro.

We rented a 20 yd dumpster for 2 weeks, with the rental period ending on 8/28/24. The service when I ordered/confirmed was quick and great, the dropoff was simple and easy, and scheduling pickup was simple as well. I had NO issues with this company or dumpster until the day of pickup. READ HERE: On the day of pickup, at 5:48am, I got a notification of a $74 charge to my credit card (the card that was used to pay upfront for the rental). I immediately emailed customer support and asked what the charge was for because we STILL HAD the dumpster at our home so I was confused - it had not been removed yet since it was so early in the day. I figured it was an honest billing mistake. The customer sevice person emailed me back at 7:45am, saying that the $74 was an overage fee since our dumpster went over the 1-ton weight limit. BUT THE DUMPSTER HADN'T EVEN BEEN PICKED UP YET. I STILL gave the benefit of the doubt, wondering if there was a censor of some sort on the dumpsters where they can tell the weight digitally from afar - but THEN, I read some of the other bad reviews here, and it seems this is a recurring thing. They charged my card for additional weight before they even removed/weighed the dumpster - had I not set alerts up to my phone, I likely wouldn't have realized this extra charge for quite awhile (if ever). I messaged with customer support who said they'll look into it with accounting, and I asked for photo/documentation proof of the final weight of our dumpster - to prove they charge fairly and aren't just adding how ever much weight they want knowing there's no way for customers to find out. The woman told me that IF this was an accurate charge, she'd provide the weight ticket from the landfill (proving they do NOT weigh it until it's at the landfill which would've been hours after my 5:48am credit charge). Support came back saying it WAS a "mistake," and I shouldn't have been charged that - and they did reverse it quickly; but I am left to wonder based on this experience and the past reviews if this was genuinely a mistake, or if this is something they do to get extra money every so often in hopes that people don't notice the additional charge to their credit cards. Good experience other than now feeling like they tried to charge me extra unfairly - and likely will not use this 3rd party company again for that reason alone.
