How does waste removal work?
Waste removal is conducted the same way that you schedule your initial open-top order. All you have to do is give us a call and talk to one of our customer service reps. We're open five days a week, Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 7 am and 8 pm Eastern. Just talk to one of our customer service reps and you'll be able to get that dumpster removed from your location in no time. Typically, calling us before noon means we can get out to you the very next business day. Just keep in mind that you should call Budget Dumpster to schedule your pickup. Sometimes that dumpster might have another number posted on the side, do not call that number.
Do I need to be finished when I call?
Yes you do. It is imperative that you are finished with the project when you schedule your waste removal. Our driver is not going to be able to wait around onsite for you to finish tossing waste into your rental. They need to be able to get to your dumpster without any issues, handle your pickup, and get on to their other locations. If they arrive and you are still using the unit, they would leave without it and you would need to reschedule. This would also result in your account being assessed a trip fee for the time and fuel it took to make this first attempt. Trip fees are costly, they are automatically added, and they are also nonrefundable.
