Do I need to be on-site for my dumpster delivery?
We do not require you to be at the drop-off location for delivery. However, you are responsible for making sure the delivery area is completely clear when our roll off truck arrives. This includes moving any cars, debris, equipment or other items that may prevent the placement of your roll off dumpster.
Do I need a permit to rent a dumpster in Helotes?
You only need a permit under certain circumstances. If you are placing your roll off dumpster on private property, such as in your driveway, you will not need a permit. But if you are placing the bin on a public street or in a spot that’s blocking the sidewalk, you may need to apply for an Encroachment License from the city of Helotes.
