When you are calling in to schedule your open-top rental, there are a few things you should keep in mind. Pick a location that is going to be easily accessible, not just for a delivery but also when it comes time for your waste removal. Make sure that the road leading up to this location is going to be able to accommodate a flatbed truck. This means that it should be properly paved and should not be too narrow. Similarly, if there are low-hanging wires or branches that go over the road, we will not be able to make delivery due to the clearance height of the truck. If our truck can't reach you, we can't handle your open-top request. When you call in and are speaking with one of our representatives, they'll work with you in order to create a game plan and a service that is going to be right for you.

Accessibility is key when it comes to a roll-off rental. We can't tell you how many times a request can't be serviced all because our driver cannot reach a location. Sometimes it's the street leading up to that location, and sometimes it's the area immediately surrounding it. Please remove all vehicles and obstructions that may block the delivery of your waste container. Our driver will need to back in to the location where you are having delivery made. They need a wide area to navigate their truck in. Whether it is delivery or waste removal, you must be sure that our driver is going to be able to reach you without any problems.

We rented a 20 yd dumpster for 2 weeks, with the rental period ending on 8/28/24. The service when I ordered/confirmed was quick and great, the dropoff was simple and easy, and scheduling pickup was simple as well. I had NO issues with this company or dumpster until the day of pickup. READ HERE: On the day of pickup, at 5:48am, I got a notification of a $74 charge to my credit card (the card that was used to pay upfront for the rental). I immediately emailed customer support and asked what the charge was for because we STILL HAD the dumpster at our home so I was confused - it had not been removed yet since it was so early in the day. I figured it was an honest billing mistake. The customer sevice person emailed me back at 7:45am, saying that the $74 was an overage fee since our dumpster went over the 1-ton weight limit. BUT THE DUMPSTER HADN'T EVEN BEEN PICKED UP YET. I STILL gave the benefit of the doubt, wondering if there was a censor of some sort on the dumpsters where they can tell the weight digitally from afar - but THEN, I read some of the other bad reviews here, and it seems this is a recurring thing. They charged my card for additional weight before they even removed/weighed the dumpster - had I not set alerts up to my phone, I likely wouldn't have realized this extra charge for quite awhile (if ever). I messaged with customer support who said they'll look into it with accounting, and I asked for photo/documentation proof of the final weight of our dumpster - to prove they charge fairly and aren't just adding how ever much weight they want knowing there's no way for customers to find out. The woman told me that IF this was an accurate charge, she'd provide the weight ticket from the landfill (proving they do NOT weigh it until it's at the landfill which would've been hours after my 5:48am credit charge). Support came back saying it WAS a "mistake," and I shouldn't have been charged that - and they did reverse it quickly; but I am left to wonder based on this experience and the past reviews if this was genuinely a mistake, or if this is something they do to get extra money every so often in hopes that people don't notice the additional charge to their credit cards. Good experience other than now feeling like they tried to charge me extra unfairly - and likely will not use this 3rd party company again for that reason alone.
