For all private deliveries, there is no need to have a permit for your waste container rental. For public locations, however, you are going to need to obtain a permit through the city. Please have your permit available on the scheduled date of delivery. If our driver shows up and there is no permit, they will leave without placing your dumpster on location. Your account will also be assessed a trip fee. These trip fees can be over one hundred dollars. Please make sure with public and private locations that you are allowed to make delivery there.
What else would result in a trip fee? - Typically, accessibility issues are the most common situation that would result in a trip fee. If our driver shows up to either handle roll-off delivery or waste removal and can't reach you, then you will not have your needs met. Or, if you were to over-fill the open-top dumpster, this would also result in a trip fee. Our drivers will not help you unload the excess debris and they will not wait around while you do so either.
What should I do to schedule waste removal? - Whenever you are finished, all you have to do is call us back. Please be sure that you call us and not the number on the side of the container. And be certain that you have totally finished with the unit before calling us back.
