How long can I keep the roll-off? - The initial rental period that comes with your order is two weeks. This begins on the date your unit is dropped off to you. If you need longer with your roll-off that is no problem, keep the open-top as long as you'd like. There is a flat-rate fee of ten dollars a day for every day after the first fourteen. Remember, we do not automatically come out and make a pickup on the roll-off, you must call us back (not the number on the side of the dumpster) before we will send a driver out to your location.
How many dumpsters can I rent at one time? - There is no limit to the amount of roll-offs you can have out at once. Barring a shortage in a particular size, order as many as you need. Stagger the delivery dates for each as well if you want to have an extended rental period without incurring the extension fees. Have them all delivered to one or many locations, it doesn't matter. And for those who are short on space set up an empty and return service with us and we can have you constantly stocked for your job without sacrificing the work zone.
Do I need a permit for my waste container? - A permit is not necessary if the entire dumpster will be going on private property. However, if any part of it will be on public property such as sidewalks or in the street, a permit must be acquired before our drivers will make delivery. They will not drop the open-top unit if one is required and not already present.
