What to do when finished with the waste container?
When you are finished with the dumpster rental, all you have to do is give us a call. We don't automatically come out and handle your waste removal without you first calling and asking us to do so. Just be sure that when you are ready for a pickup, you call Budget Dumpster and not the number on the side of the waste container. We handle every part of the rental process for the customer to help avoid any confusion along the way. Typically, if you call us before noon during the week, we can have a driver out to you the very next business day. Or simply let us know a date you would like us to arrive to pick up your open-top order.
Be sure that you are not going to still be using the dumpster when we arrive onsite. If our driver shows up and you are still filling the waste container, they are going to leave without handling your waste removal. This would also result in a trip fee being assessed to your account as well. Trip fees are going to be around one hundred dollars, depending on the situation, and they are nonrefundable. Also note that our drivers are not going to help you shift or remove refuse from the dumpster if you have gone beyond the filling requirements for your unit. Remember, general household and construction debris can be filled level with the height of the walls. Heavy debris needs another dumpster rental, a special heavy debris dumpster, and you can fill that halfway up the height of the walls.
