Do I need a permit to rent a dumpster?
If you plan to place your roll off container in the street, you will need to apply for a Right-of-Way Encroachment Permit from the city of Minneapolis. If you will be placing your dumpster on private property, such as in your driveway or at a job site, you will not need a permit.
