Do I need a permit? - A permit is only required if you are going to be placing your roll-off rental on a location that is considered public property. If the owner of the property is calling and also placing the order, there is no need to get a permit. However, for someone like a contractor who is working from a public location, a permit is required before we arrive on site with your waste container. Permits can be obtained through the city and they are required to be present when we arrive on site. Our driver will not place a dumpster on a location that requires a permit but where one is not present.
What should I do to schedule waste removal? - When you have finished with the open-top unit, please call us back. We will send a driver out to make pickup on the unit after that. Please make sure that you call us and not the number on the side of the dumpster. Budget Dumpster handles every part of the order for you. Also, please be finished with the project before you call us to schedule your waste removal. Our drivers will not wait around while you continue to fill the dumpster. They would leave without removing your open-top waste container and you would then need to reschedule. Not only that, your account would be charged a trip fee for the time and effort it took to try and make this attempt. These can be over one hundred dollars, so they are certainly something to avoid.
