Do I need a permit for my dumpster rental?
If you're keeping your roll off dumpster in public right-of-way, get an Accessory Structure Permit from the city of Prescott. This is especially important if your bin affects the flow of traffic in the street. You don't need city permission to have the container on private property, like your driveway or jobsite. Is there anything I can't dispose of with a roll off container?

4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
