There are a few things you should keep in mind when you start your project and begin filling the dumpster. The guidelines we have in place are to make sure that when it comes time to schedule your waste removal, you don't run into any snags. We understand that every roll-off rental is going to be different, but when it comes to filling the unit, we ask that you are uniform in your approach. Most importantly, and regardless of the refuse type, we ask that you are filling the dumpster evenly throughout. This means that neither end of the waste container is going to be filled more than the other. Doing so would result in an issue arising when we went to load the open-top unit back onto the flatbed. Avoid these issues by filling your waste container evenly.
For general household and construction debris, we ask that you are not filling your dumpster any higher than level with the height of the walls. This means that no refuse should be sticking over the top of container or hanging over the sides. When it comes to heavy debris, we ask that you are not filling the dumpster more than halfway up the heights of the walls. Anything higher than halfway and the dumpster would be too heavy for us to get back onto the flatbed. Also, please do not mix various forms of heavy debris into the same dumpster. We ask that you are renting as many waste containers as you are going to have types of heavy debris.
