Do I need to be present for delivery?
You don’t need to be on-site for delivery, unless you will need to open a gate to the property or remove a potential obstacle for the driver to place your roll off dumpster. Ahead of time, just make sure the drop-off location is clear and accessible. You should also move any cars or equipment out of the way. Have questions about how to prepare for delivery? Why can I only partially fill my dumpster rental with certain materials?
If you’re getting rid of heavy debris such as concrete, brick or asphalt, you can only fill your roll off dumpster halfway to avoid exceeding your container’s weight limit. This will ensure your dumpster can be removed by our truck. For jobs with multiple dumpsters’ worth of debris, our team can provide empty-and-return service, allowing you to get back to work quickly once your container is replaced.
Where should I keep my roll off dumpster?
The most convenient drop-off location for homeowners and residential contractors is usually a driveway or another flat surface close to the work area. If there isn't room for a roll off container on the property, street placement may be possible, though permits are required in certain areas.
