When I rent a dumpster, how should I prepare for delivery?
On the day of delivery, make sure the drop-off area is clear and accessible to our driver. Unlock any necessary gates, and move parked cars, large equipment and other obstacles away from the area. You can lay down plywood or set up cones to mark the delivery spot, but it's not mandatory. If we’re dropping off your roll off container in the street, you may need a permit before delivery. Will my dumpster rental have a door?
All our Severance roll off dumpsters have a loading door to help make the cleanup process more efficient. We recommend loading heavy and bulky items first. 4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
