Should I cover the dumpster in the rain?
We recommend covering the container if it’s raining because the materials you have in it — couches and carpet, for example — can absorb the water and may result in overage fees due to the added weight. Use a tarp to cover the top of the roll off container to prevent water from pooling inside the dumpster. What’s the right way to load a roll off container?
When loading your roll off dumpster, you should spread the materials evenly throughout the container.
