Do I need to be present for my roll off dumpster delivery?
No, you don't need to be there when we deliver your dumpster rental. Just make sure to unlock any gates or provide the necessary codes to our driver. And keep the drop-off area clear of any parked cars, large equipment and other obstacles for the entire day. If you're keeping your roll off container in the street, you may need a permit ahead of time. Contact the town of Sudbury's Department of Public Works for permitting information. What should I do if it rains while I’m renting a dumpster?
Cover your bin with a tarp if a storm rolls in during your dumpster rental period. Secure the tarp with bungee cords or straps so it doesn't blow away. Rainwater could pool in your dumpster and soak absorbent materials, like clothing and dirt, adding extra weight. Each of our dumpsters has a weight limit, and going over this limit results in a per-ton overage fee. Covering your roll off container should help you avoid this extra fee due to rain. 2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
