“Pros - Easy to book, delivery was on day promised, delivery driver was cautious and placed container very carefully so it did not block sidewalk. Price was very reasonable.Cons - 1. Container was not the "short" one we thought we were getting. Not sure whose fault the miscommunication was on, but basically we had to hoist our junk about 4' into the air to reach the floor of the dumpster. We should have specified a "roll off" with the steel wheels. 2. Used their website to select pickup date, but it selected a date a month away while I was trying to scroll to the correct date. And then it was IMPOSSIBLE to change that date! I had to do it verbally by telephone, so fix the website. 3. The pickup window is 3 business days, so be sure it is ok if it stays a day or 2 longer. 4. I incurred an overweight charge of $1.45 bc it was 2.04 ton instead of 2 tons. No big deal but it wasn't a lot of heavy stuff and it wasn't even to the top. We just dumped junk from an office and a garage, so be aware.Conclusion - We'd use them again in a heartbeat!!”
