What should I know about filling the open-top?
We have certain terms of service that we need you to follow when it comes to how you filled your dumpster. These terms are in place to ensure that there are no issues when it comes time for us to handle your waste removal. We'll go over everything with you over the phone, to avoid confusion, but here's a quick rundown of what we expect specifically when we're talking about filling the roll-off rental. For starters, we ask that you are always filling the dumpster evenly throughout. This means that each end of the rental has the same amount of refuse in it. We will be unable to load a dumpster back onto our flatbed if one end is weighed down heavier than the other. Keep in mind that there is a door on each unit that can be utilized to enter your rental and move the refuse around.
For general household debris, and construction debris too, you should be filling the dumpster until the refuse is level with the height of the walls. By law, we are not allowed to be on the road with a rental where any of the waste is sticking up beyond the dimensions of the container. And for heavy debris, please do not fill the dumpster any more than halfway. This is due to the incurred weight of these substances. We also want you to be aware that heavy debris types cannot be mixed, you must rent a dumpster for every form of heavy debris.
