A storm came my husband plowed sanded three days later these people show up to try to pull And they couldn’t do to it was stuck in the ice and then they whacked me with $150 fee Because the driver couldn’t pull it out. Upon dealing with the one of the supervisor she said there was nothing she could do to waive the fee clearly poor customer service skills. However in dealing with Alexis from the Ohio office from whom I originally had ordered the dumpster from she went above and beyond to work this out for us and finally resolved the issue and had removed the fee. Keep your dumpster rental on a flat, paved spot that’s convenient for your workflow. Your driveway is usually the best option for home-based projects, while construction sites should have a designated waste and recycling area. Street placement works too, but you may need a permit from the town of Weston first. Reach out if you need help choosing a drop-off location.
What if it rains while I’m renting a dumpster?
