“I ordered a dumpster came and then I scheduled to pick up. It was supposed to be picked up and they never picked it up. They told me they did but they left it there. A storm came my husband plowed sanded three days later these people show up to try to pull And they couldn’t do to it was stuck in the ice and then they whacked me with $150 fee Because the driver couldn’t pull it out. Upon dealing with the one of the supervisor she said there was nothing she could do to waive the fee clearly poor customer service skills. However in dealing with Alexis from the Ohio office from whom I originally had ordered the dumpster from she went above and beyond to work this out for us and finally resolved the issue and had removed the fee. Yes, you need a Temporary Dumpster Permit from the town of Winchester’s Health Department for your dumpster rental. You’ll need a permit whether you keep your roll off dumpster in your driveway or the street. Have your permit before we arrive with your bin. Otherwise, the driver won’t be able to drop it off, and we’ll charge you a fee. Contact the Health Department to see if there are any other requirements for having a roll off container. Is there a weight limit for my dumpster rental?
