After the dumpster is dropped off, you can keep it as long or as short as you want (If you keep it longer than the rental terms, usually 10 days, there are additional charges per each additional day). Once you are finished with the dumpster, just give us a call back and one of our customer service representatives will schedule a pick up for the earliest possible time. It's that simple. We work with local haulers to bring you the lowest possible price. However, please be aware that there are a couple ways your cost can increase. If you go over the weight limit for your particular dumpster size, you will be charged an extra prorated fee per ton of extra debris. Additionally, if you keep your dumpster longer than the length of the rental term (this is usually 10 days) you will be charged an additional $10 per day until you call to schedule a pickup. We let every customer know of these possible charge increases before the delivery is scheduled, and the information is included in the invoice email afterward so it can be accessed later. There are a couple things to help prevent any re-route charges for multiple drop off or pickup attempts. Make sure that the drop off area is clear before your delivery so that the driver can easily access it. Once you are finished, make sure the area around the dumpster is clear so it can easily be hauled away. As long as the area is always clear, you won't have any worries about additional charges.
