What if I need more than one dumpster but don't have the space? - No problem. We can set you up with something called an empty and return service. When you have chosen an empty and return service, you will receive as many open-top rentals as you need, but only when you need them. We'll provide you with one dumpster at a time and all you have to do is call to schedule its removal. We send a driver out to make pickup on the filled waste container and we drop a fresh, empty unit onsite at the same time. You never have to put your project on hold. And you never need to worry about taking up more space than you have. Empty and return services are great for those short on space but surrounded by refuse.

Do I need a permit? - If you are going to have your waste container delivered to a residential location that is privately owned, there is no need for a permit. Anything that is considered public property or a commercial location that is not owned by the person doing the project requires a permit. These can be obtained through the city and they are required to be present on the scheduled date of delivery. Our drivers cannot drop an open-top container onsite without you first having a permit and it also being present. Please have your permit ready to go on the scheduled date of delivery to avoid any issues. Our drivers cannot wait around while you go and get a permit.

We rented a 20 yd dumpster for 2 weeks, with the rental period ending on 8/28/24. The service when I ordered/confirmed was quick and great, the dropoff was simple and easy, and scheduling pickup was simple as well. I had NO issues with this company or dumpster until the day of pickup. READ HERE: On the day of pickup, at 5:48am, I got a notification of a $74 charge to my credit card (the card that was used to pay upfront for the rental). I immediately emailed customer support and asked what the charge was for because we STILL HAD the dumpster at our home so I was confused - it had not been removed yet since it was so early in the day. I figured it was an honest billing mistake. The customer sevice person emailed me back at 7:45am, saying that the $74 was an overage fee since our dumpster went over the 1-ton weight limit. BUT THE DUMPSTER HADN'T EVEN BEEN PICKED UP YET. I STILL gave the benefit of the doubt, wondering if there was a censor of some sort on the dumpsters where they can tell the weight digitally from afar - but THEN, I read some of the other bad reviews here, and it seems this is a recurring thing. They charged my card for additional weight before they even removed/weighed the dumpster - had I not set alerts up to my phone, I likely wouldn't have realized this extra charge for quite awhile (if ever). I messaged with customer support who said they'll look into it with accounting, and I asked for photo/documentation proof of the final weight of our dumpster - to prove they charge fairly and aren't just adding how ever much weight they want knowing there's no way for customers to find out. The woman told me that IF this was an accurate charge, she'd provide the weight ticket from the landfill (proving they do NOT weigh it until it's at the landfill which would've been hours after my 5:48am credit charge). Support came back saying it WAS a "mistake," and I shouldn't have been charged that - and they did reverse it quickly; but I am left to wonder based on this experience and the past reviews if this was genuinely a mistake, or if this is something they do to get extra money every so often in hopes that people don't notice the additional charge to their credit cards. Good experience other than now feeling like they tried to charge me extra unfairly - and likely will not use this 3rd party company again for that reason alone.
