Do I need a permit? - If you are going to have your waste container delivered to a residential location that is privately owned, there is no need for a permit. Anything that is considered public property or a commercial location that is not owned by the person doing the project requires a permit. These can be obtained through the city and they are required to be present on the scheduled date of delivery. Our drivers cannot drop an open-top container onsite without you first having a permit and it also being present.
